CEIA systems can be easily used in different stages of production: from continuous heating of steel wire, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, or for hot forming process, threading, preheating for drying of thread-locking resins, hardening or forging of bolts and screws. Due to their extremely compact size, the generators can be simply integrated into automatic systems for cutting, heading, and threading of screws or bolts. All generators and controllers are equipped with field bus connections for the PLC interface.
