CEIA: "We will unveil our new technologies at CWIEME Berlin"

The wire & Tube fair in Düsseldorf has just finished, marking another success for CEIA, a renowned Italy-based manufacturer of induction heating systems for metal parts. However, the company's adventure within trade shows does not end here!

The next event is the CWIEME exhibition in Berlin, scheduled for mid-May (14th-16th). At stand 22C16, the company experts aim to consolidate the promising contacts already initiated at the Düsseldorf trade fair and are ready to preview the latest innovations in the field of induction: the new SA400 generator line and the Capture & Replay temperature control system.

Greater production flexibility with SA400 induction generators

The new SA400 generators series, used in the electric motor assembly, provides fast and precise heating, enabling greater production flexibility. Thanks to its high energy efficiency, the generator can be easily integrated into the production line through the Fieldbus interface.

The series features an integrated thermal profile control and quick setup via the Plug & Play network, ensuring optimized process management and easy installation and configuration.

Capture & Replay: the choice for a perfect temperature measurement

Capture & Replay, an option available on Master Controller v3+, is a new operating mode, useful when temperature measurement via optical pyrometer is not possible or reliable. This function allows CEIA’s induction system to replicate the power curve recorded during a reference cycle, performed with temperature feedback.

This function also implements the use of the pyrometer as a high-level safety device and offers advanced features, such as:
- Real-time graphical comparison of the heating cycle based on the power curve with the previous reference cycle, checked by temperature.
- The merging of multiple ‘acquired’ files to generate a power profile based on the average of several reference cycles.
