Heat treatment generators: quenching, forging, tempering

CEIA offers solid-state generators for heat treatments such as hardening, surface hardening, annealing, tempering, hot forging, and stress relieving. By regulating the frequency, the geometry of the coil, and the time of exposure to the magnetic field, the area and depth of heating can be precisely determined.

The company offers 1800, 900, 200, 50, and SA series generators, each one featuring unique working frequency ranges. The cutting-edge technologies and the latest generation components installed on the entire range allow achieving high electrical efficiencies, over 95%.
Each model is equipped with an RS-232 serial port and 0-10V analog input ports for remote power control via PLC or Master Controller. In addition, the SLE series sensors can measure the operating temperature from 80 °C up to 2000 °C.
