KRENN presents its new battery-powered hydraulic straightener

KRENN’s tried-and-true electro-hydraulic straighteners with rechargeable lithium-ion battery have been raising the interest of wire producers and wire processing experts for more than 10 years. The German company has now revamped this handy piece of equipment: meet the battery-powered hydraulic straightener KTR-3 ACNL.
The new model can handle wires and bars up to ø32 mm at a pressure capacity of 11 tons (operating pressure 380 bar). Although the KTR-3 ACNL features a robust and powerful design to perfectly meet any operating requirement, it remains fast and versatile.

Technical features:
- sturdy straightening head that can be rotated;
- rocker switch for easy forward/backward feed control;
- 18V Li- Ion battery;
- can straighten wire directly from coils;
- can straighten wire samples in the testing lab for specific purposes.
