In addition to CNC wire and tube bending machines and work cells, Leading Machinery Germany (LMG) also provides a set of auxiliary equipment and units for other operations, also by OMCG.

Decoilers: 3 models to satisfy all of your wire and tube unwinding operations (available for strip upon request).

End forming units for wire and tube: essential parts of OMCG “muffler hanger system”, they can be easily integrated into CNC forming machines or used as stand-alone units.

Chamfering units: for parts that require chamfering, pre-cutting, and lathing. Designed for wire diameters ranging from 2mm to 24 mm, with either manual or CNC regulations.

Presses: for special pieces with coinings, drillings, special cuts, protruding squeezing or other similar machinings.

Wire straighteners: equipped with quick release, can straighten all kinds of materials at high feed speeds.

Flippers: revolving support system, essential to assemble multiple wire straighteners and speed up changeover among different wire diameters.

Motorized infeed units: designed to facilitate the feeding of wires with diameter over 10 mm.
