AMPE’s digital servo drives offer a customer oriented solution, that combines connectivity with flexibility.

Flexibility: they can be customized in terms of both functionalities and product configuration
Connectivity: they can be integrated into any existing fieldbus.

They allow you to achieve any application in speed control, torque control or position tracking, and can be further customized by adding modules and technological options.

The WideLoop control designed by Ampe integrates in a single loop all of the typical servo drive control modes, so that you can promptly surf between them without modifying the drive parameters.
Can be easily configured with the use of the PC application ScsComm. The integrated digital oscilloscope speeds up start-up time and commissioning phases, allowing you to install and tune the machine in a simple and easy way. It also allows to efficiently troubleshoot the application, by triggering on a specific alarm or monitor transition.

The fieldbus gate, a special feature in the servo drive developed by AMPE, allows to connect an array of drives using the first node as the main target. This drive will act as a gate and manage the communication between the main fieldbus and the subnet of the other drives.
All the drives are controlled by an electronic cam that can be customized and configured accordingly. A CAM builder plugin provides a design environment to build a set of cam profiles and directly download them into the drive. Its main features are acceleration checking, automatic interval-joints, cam simulation.
