STR - mechanical traversing unit: a pneumatic reversing system allows the carriage to be guided on hardened steel rods by means of a toothed pulley belt. It can be equipped with a mechanical stroke changer, which allows to change the winding pitch based on the processing requirements.
Can be seamlessly integrated into any spooling/take up operation and tailored to the customer’s requirements.
