AS-AD Wire Straightener mainly used on drawing machines. A quick opening facility allows the regulation of one row of rollers and controlled straightening of any potential loops if necessary. Suitable for the straightening of wire with diameters ranging from 0.1mm to 14.00 mm. Versatile and easy to use, it offers great performances while requiring minimum maintenance. Available both single AS or double AD, with two different types of rollers.

ASM - ADM Wire Straightener suitable for wire bending machines, machinery for special processing and applications, spring and screw making machines, for processing wire with diameters ranging from 0.6 mm to 11.00 mm. Its main advantage is the ability to adjust the rollers on both rows, which ensures greater accuracy and precision.

ASF-D Wire Straightener is a less expensive model without rapid opening facility, therefore suitable for all kinds of applications when frequent roller opening and closing are not required. Can be equipped with 5, 7 or 9 rollers according to customer’s requirement. Rollers are adjustable on one row only.
