RK project deals with building and installation of soundproof enclosures and safety protections for industrial machinery. Established almost “by chance”, to quote the words of the co-founder Riccardo Rossi, today the company can count on a highly specialized staff that can solve any type of needs in terms of machines soundproofing and protection.
In today’s interview, together with Riccardo Rossi we examine the evolution of this company, and find out what the future has in store for the industry.
Can you tell us in short the history of RK Project since 1990?
RK Project was established as a result of a convergence of favourable events, connected by chance. My personal working experience started in 1981, when I found a job as a metallurgic engineer in a company within the industry. That’s how I acquired the know-how and developed my technical skills. In 1988 I resigned, but shortly afterwards I was contacted by Eng. Alfredo Cortinovis, an eclectic man and experienced rotating machine manufacturer, who was looking for an expert in soundproof enclosures. He convinced me to accept the challenge and that was the start of a successful and long standing collaboration between us.
Over the years, RK Project has grown considerably, establishing a solid presence both in the national and international market, broadening its customer range and scoring a success after another.
Dynamism, cutting-edge technology and innovation are RK Project’s watchwords. Would you elaborate on this statement?
Dynamism, cutting-edge technology and innovation are the three pillars of our company, but diversifying your target sectors is also crucial. RK Project aims to research and develop even more diverse systems and methods, different from the currently known standards in the industry.
Have you completed any interesting project recently? Do you have any particular synergies with other companies?
RK Project has created synergies with many companies; it is a proactive collaboration, in order to obtain products of the highest quality at attractive and competitive prices.
What about this 2019? Do you have any project in store?
