Tramev introduces the new TRS-2 welding machine with MU16 shear

Since 1977, Tramev has been a worldwide reference brand for manufacturers of wire and wire products. With a catalog of over 200 products, the company can meet the most varied needs of its clientele.

Thanks to the collaboration with an important customer, Tramev is pleased to present the new TRS-2 welding machine model with MU16 shear instead of the classic miter saw. This solution provides many advantages, such as complete safety during the  cutting phase, significant time savings, and lower dispersion of iron dust.

More specifically , the new welding machine has several features, such as: adjustable current depending on the diameter (to be welded); wire locking device via spring-driven terminals with pedal control, and a second manually operated pushing device via adjustable spring.

The machine is also equipped with a trolley with two fixed and two swivel wheels , MU16 shear with plexiglass protection for welding and grinding, as per CE specifications. It also includes an installation and operation manual, both in Italian and English.
