Wire and cable welding machines: all the assistance you need

Despite the restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Germany-based butt welding machines specialist August Strecker GmbH is still there for customers, to help them keep their production running.

Four different service and maintenance packages (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM) are available, with different levels of services: short response times, extended availability by telephone support, remote maintenance, and on-call standby service, to name a few.

Individual packages can also be arranged. 

We recall that visits at the Limburg plant or on-site at the customers’ premises considering the hygienic regulations in force are still possible. Conferences and videoconferences can be arranged anytime.
