The Marta System 117083 welding equipment on display at wire in Düsseldorf

GEM, expert in the design and manufacture of components and machines for resistance welding, will be attending the wire fair in Düsseldorf from 16th to the 20th of April 2018.

During the event, the Italy-based company will showcase the Marta System 117083, a Marta Modul series machine with six-axis, robotic control and the possibility of being assembled in different ways:

- in a single workstation (see photo)
- in a double workstation (see photo)
- in front of a double rotating table workstation (see photo)

The possibility of being designed in different variants makes it a flexible solution
that meets the needs of different customers, depending on the level of productivity required.

In addition, the new rotary table is servo-controlled, so that a double lathe can be installed on board making it possible to rotate the piece, facilitating loading and unloading operations or welding on inclined surfaces.

GEM's company staff will be happy to show the potential of this machine, and give visitors an overview of the other solutions offered at stand A90 in hall 13.
