Introducing MTF66, the 2D bender by Cometo with integrated chamfering system

This cutting-edge machine, equipped with a chamfering system, is designed for precise and efficient material processing with diameters ranging from 0.8 to 6.0 mm, including chamfering on wires with diameters from 2.0 to 6.0 mm.

One of the distinctive features of the MTF66 is its roller straightening system, which makes it suitable for processing profiles in a wide range of shapes, including round, square, or hexagonal. Furthermore, it can straighten delicate materials such as steel, copper alloys, or aluminum without causing any surface damage.

The MTF66 is built on a robust welded frame, allowing for customizable machine configuration. Users can select from various wire straighteners, as well as three types of feeders and three types of cutting units.

The cutting of individual pieces occurs through an initial "V" notch on the straightened wire, followed by cutting. Bending is executed using a brushless motor that controls the bending axis, ensuring both speed and precision in the process. Subsequently, the SM12 chamfering unit can chamfer either one end, both ends, or no ends at all.
