Sjogren's Static Wire Guide technology is field-proven: one prototype installed in a USA wire mill has been in continuous operation for well over a year, replacing a bearing-based guide system that required downtime every eight weeks for bearing service/replacement.

Versatile application: Static Wire Guide technology is suitable as permanent replacement for nearly any kind of bearing-based guide.

Two carbide rails guide the wire around the non-rotating (static) housing, permanently eliminating guide bearing failure.

When wear marks eventually appear in the carbide rails, they are rotated in their shafts to expose un-worn guide surface. Performs reliably for 12+ months.
