Berardi Group acquires ATP, a leading distributor of industrial components

Berardi Bullonerie S.r.l. is pleased to announce the final acquisition of ATP S.r.l., a leading distributor of industrial components.

The Italy-based company ATP specializes in supplying a wide range of industrial components, including linear guides, bearings, pneumatics, fasteners, mechanical transmissions, hydraulics, reducers, and seals. Berardi has established significant partnerships with leading global manufacturers in all these categories. ATP serves over 1,000 industrial customers, offering high-value-added services in pre and post-sales support, plant maintenance, and a cutting center for guides, screws, and dowels.

This acquisition marks Berardi's fifth completed acquisition following the entry of the HIG fund into its capital, with a controlling stake, in February 2022. It reflects Berardi's growth strategy, which includes selective acquisitions and expanding the range of products and services offered to its customers. The acquisition will allow the group to expand its product portfolio in highly synergistic categories for its clientele, enhancing its geographic coverage and service levels in the northwestern area.
