Berardi Group to acquire Fittings, a distributor of electronic industry components

This deal marks Berardi's fourth acquisition following the entry of international fund H.I.G. Capital, LLC as a majority shareholder in February 2022, reflecting the company's strategy to expand its product range and enhance customer service.
