Hex socket set screws

Hex socket set screws are an essential solution for secure and precise fastening in various industrial applications. Manufactured with ISO metric coarse thread, these components provide a stable and easily adjustable connection.
BULL-VIT offers two types of hex socket set screws:
• flat point – designed for applications requiring a uniform contact surface to prevent damage to the component being fastened;
• cone point – provides a strong and stable grip by slightly penetrating the fastening material for increased holding power.
BULL-VIT’s set screws are made from high-strength materials, including 45H steel, which achieves optimal mechanical resistance and extended durability through specialized heat treatment. These properties make them ideal for industrial applications involving frequent tightening or high-pressure conditions.
Available in black-oxide steel, white zinc-plated steel, and stainless steel, they come in diameters from M3 to M20 and lengths from 3 mm to 80 mm, depending on the type. All BULL-VIT’s set screws comply with UNI 5923-5927, DIN 913-914, and ISO 4026-4027 standards, ensuring international quality compliance.
