FAR’s new monitoring system for the riveting process

An increasing number of industrial companies using blind riveting require process validation to ensure correct application and compliance of the joint. FAR’s new control system analyzes pressure/displacement curves, defining precise criteria to verify proper riveting execution. The software compares real-time process data with an initial sample (also known as master), ensuring compliance throughout operations.
FASTENING CONTROL SC8 allows simultaneous management of multiple riveting tools equipped with FAR boosters using a single centralized software. During the process, the system carefully monitors the riveting sequence on each component, accurately detecting any anomalies or non-conformities at the exact location where they occur.
