New leadership at Lederer: Sebastian Ovenhausen joins as CCO

Lederer GmbH, a leading provider of stainless steel fasteners, has announced a key leadership change. After more than 35 years of service, Managing Director Peter Henke stepped down as of January 1, 2025. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping Lederer’s success and strong reputation in the fastener industry.

At the same time, Lederer appointed Sebastian Ovenhausen as its new Sales Director / Managing Director (CCO). With over 15 years of experience in the industry and strong professional connections, he will oversee Lederer’s sales activities. Previously, Ovenhausen managed the company’s former subsidiary Normtec, which was merged into Lederer GmbH on December 31, 2024. His expertise will play a key role in driving the company’s growth.
