Rivit, automatic feeder for rivets and inserts

After reviewing the Rivit hydro-pneumatic and battery-powered riveting tools, today we will take a look at the automatic feeder for rivets and inserts.
The solutions offered by the well-known Italy-based company are specifically designed to improve the efficiency of your production chain. In fact, Rivit's automatic systems double productivity by drastically reducing fastener feeding times.

By placing the rivet or insert directly into the tool head, you can enjoy important benefits, such as:
- shorter installation times
- increased operator safety;
- can be used one-handed;
- can be used in conjunction with a balancer for maximum accuracy.

For blind rivets, the RIV606 and RIV609 series are available.
RIV606 can be used with Rivit riveting tools fitted with a vacuum exhaust system, such as RIV502, RIV503 and RIV504, and is compatible with different rivet sizes:
- standard from ø2.4 mm to ø3.2 mm;
- standard from ø3.4 mm to ø4.8 mm;
- standard from ø6.0 mm to ø6.4 mm;
- structural Magnariv and Monriv ø6.4 mm.

RIV609 is an automatic feeder designed specifically for standard blind rivets ø3.2 mm, ø4.0 mm and ø4.8 mm with max length of 18 mm, and head not exceeding ø9.8 mm. It is sold together with RIV503 and can be installed on any tool fitted with a vacuum exhaust system.

RIV616 is an automatic feeder for threaded inserts, available for fasteners from M3 to M8 with cylindrical or hexagonal shank, countersunk, cylindrical, or reduced head.
