WELDING STUDS

The welding studs are fastening systems used on sheet metal and shims to create threads. Thanks to the welding studs, the outer side of the surface, on which the application has been done, remains smooth to safeguard its aesthetics.

The installation of the welding studs is very easy and it does not require accessibility from both sides of the sheet, as these products can be blind placed.

There are different types of these fasteners, both for what concerns shape and materials:

Threaded studs

Unthreaded studs

Tapped studs

1 or 2 contact faston

Insulation nails

The welding studs are applied with a proper capacitor discharge system.
