SARIV acquires Self-Fix

SARIV Srl has finalized the acquisition of the production of Self-Fix Metals – a structural rivets producer in Israel.

The agreement is based on the transfer of all equipments, machineries and tools to SARIV’s production site in Italy. This move will enable SARIV to enlarge its production capacity of structural rivets by over 50%, gaining flexibility and developing its know-how on new structural products.
In addition, Sariv acquired the patent of Ultra-Bolt®  rivet, which offers extraordinary high strength together with versatile grip range.
