Blind rivets

SARIV produces over 700 standard rivets in different materials: aluminum, zinc plated steel, copper, copper-nickel, and stainless steel A2 and A4, with a dome head, large head or countersunk head.

The diameters of the rivets range from 2.4 to 7.8 mm, with a length of 5 to 50 mm.

The possible application space from fixing a standard metal to plastic one (with peel type rivets or 3 wings rivets), isthe use of rivets with a fastening created for the electrical contacts.

Multigrip blind rivets are available in aluminum and zinc plated steel, which allow fixing a bigger range of thicknesses than the standard rivets, with a decrease in the number of codes needed for fixing various grip ranges.

Each type of rivet can be painted, completely or just the body: there are in stock black blind rivets as standard codes,(RAL 9005), white blind rivets (RAL 9010) and dark brown blind rivets (RAL 8017). Every other color is possible, starting from a RAL, a pantone or a sample provided from the customer.

SARIV can supply rivets with different surface protections, like zinc- nickel and GEOMET, or with products and treatments approved by the automotive industry. Production with 100 ppm, 50 ppm or 30 ppm is possible thanks to the internal sorting department.
