Officina Bonacina to promote Welfare Plan in 2018

This year Officina Bonacina srl will introduce a welfare plan for its employees.
This idea came out thanks to some company members that showed interest for these topics.
Initially the company intended to promote some benefits for its employees. After participating to a meeting held by Confindustria, the Italian Industry association, the company decided to adopt the project promoted in that occasion.

This welfare plan has been approved because for the company it is important to reward employees to enhance their work and the cooperation with the colleagues.
Moreover this plan guarantees freedom of choice in using these rewards.
The welfare plan will include health services, cultural activities and assistance service for a value which will be agreed before the activation of this plan.
