Wire mesh processing

VIDIMA produces welded wire mesh whose mesh can have square, rectangular or irregular shapes. Mesh sizes may vary, depending on the diameter of the wire used, from a minimum of 7 mm to a maximum of 200/250 mm.
The welded wire mesh VIDIMA have the following features and exterior finishes:

Trimmed mesh
The mesh has no spikes and burr free smooth finish.

Barbed mesh
The mesh has spikes on the entire perimeter or, optionally, on two opposite sides; the spikes are normally of the length of half mesh, but it can vary according to the customers’ needs

Mesh with one or two perimeter frames
The diameter of the frame is longer than the diameter of the wire that forms the mesh itself: this feature stiffens the mesh and ensures smooth corners; mesh with one or two perimeter frames is suitable for domestic use (for example the oven racks).

All kinds of welded wire mesh described can be made ​​with wire of different thicknesses which can be parallel or at right angles to the direction of welding

The notching process, that is the realization of a cut of various sizes near the edges or in the inner mesh, can be applied to all kinds of mesh produced by VIDIMA.
