Cold formed solid rivets

Solid rivets are items with two, maximum 3 diameters, they are produced with two-blow and single die machine, using a wire from 0,8 to a maximum of 7mm diameter with a maximum length of 70mm.

Reworking or machining
Threading up to M8; simple, inter-crossed and personalized knurling.

Heat treatments
In-house heat treatments in inert atmosphere, hardening and tempering, carbonitriding.

Surface treatments
Zinc plating with and without Cr VI, copper plating, electrolytical zinc plating, chemical nickel plating and in sulphate bath, tin plating, dacromet, deltatone, delta seal, Geomet.
