Steel disc springs
Manufactured with strict quality controls to conform to DIN 2093 load characteristics. DIM disc springs range is for hard-wearing applications which require high resistance to fatigue. In addition to the standard sizes from stock, intermediate and larger sizes are available on request.
EXECUTION AND PROCESSING
According to DIN 2093 belleville springs marketed belong to the following groups:
Group 1 with material thickness less than 1.25 mm: cold formed, rounded edges and manufactured in high carbon steel UNI EN 10132.4 C67S.
Group 2 with material thickness less than 6 mm: cold formed, reworked on the inside and outside diameters, rounded edges and manufactured by alloy steel 50CrV4.
All disc springs are subjected to tempering bainitic to obtain homogeneous mechanical properties (hardness and ductility).
TOLERANCES
All tolerances and sizes conform to DIN 2093.
Stress calculations conform to DIN 2092.
