Round wire torsion and double-torsion springs

Through the use of torsion spring coiling machines, ISB Srl is able to manufacture torsion springs with diameter ranging from 0.2mm to 10mm. Different elastic components can be produced, such as: double-torsion springs, double-diameter, double-wire, with bent and shaped profiles.

Torsion springs are commonly used in the industrial automation and automotive fields.

ISB is able to work several types of materials, such as:
- carbon steel, alloyed steel and stainless steel;
- copper, bronze and brass alloys;
- titan alloys (upon customer’s request).

Upon special request, ISB is able to provide all components with anti-oxidant coatings, thermal treatments and/or other surface treatments.
