Compression springs

Based in Italy, the company designs and manufactures cylindrical helical compression springs in round and square wire. Mollificio Bergamasco can process both UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2, and UNI EN 10270-3 compliant materials and special high-performance alloys with unique mechanical characteristics.

Mollificio Bergamasco’s compression springs are produced both according to the UNI EN 13906-1 standard — with the tolerances provided for by the UNI EN 15800 standard — and according to the customer's requests. Mollificio Bergamasco offers springs with cylindrical or biconical shape, tapered, ground, normal, deburred, and with right or left winding. The company's products can also undergo heat and surface treatments such as shot peening, passivation, and other specific treatments according to the application requirements.
