Double-torsion springs

Mollificio Bergamasco offers cylindrical helical double-torsion springs in round wire according to customer specifications. The products are manufactured using materials that comply with UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2, and UNI EN 10270-3 standards. However, the Italian company can also process special high-performance alloys for particular needs.

Different types of legs and/or geometries for moment transmission are available: with open coils, with right and/or left winding and with radial and longitudinal legs. They can also be subjected to heat and/or surface treatments such as shot peening and passivation.
