Torsion springs

Mollificio Bergamasco is a true expert in the manufacture of elastic components for various applications. In particular, the company produces cylindrical helical torsion springs in round wire according to customer specifications or according to the UNI EN 13906-3 standard.

Different types of legs and/or geometries are available for the transmission of the momentum: with open coils, with right and/or left winding, and with radial or longitudinal legs. The springs can also be subjected to stabilization heat treatments, shot peening, surface protection treatments, passivation, and specific treatments as necessary. It is possible to order springs from ø0.10 mm up to ø16 mm wire. The materials used comply with UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2, and UNI EN 10270-3 standards. However, special high-performance alloys are also available.
