Investments and innovations: Mollificio Costanzino expands its machine shop

Mollificio Costanzino has a strong desire for innovation and growth. The Italian company, specializing in the manufacture of precision springs and shaped bent parts, has recently launched an important investment campaign, aimed at further enhancing the company production capacity and opening up new potential possibilities.

One such example is the recent purchase of a new looping machine for tensile springs, able to work wire with a diameter up to 1.6 mm. The machine allows to create English, German and Indian loops, as well as other types of special hooks.

The advanced precision cameras can perform very accurate inspections on the pieces while the 11 axis system allows to control the coiling point for 3D operations, and provides high performance preparation and replicability.

Mollificio Costanzino manufactures springs for a wide range of applications in several industries, such as automotive, hydraulics, electrodynamics, industrial automation, medical, etc.
