Mollificio Costanzino: state-of-the-art spring loops

As described in previous articles, in 2019 Mollificio Costanzino launched a major investment campaign aimed at expanding and improving its production offer. Among the various new machines, purchased to replenish the company's machine shop, there is also a traction spring looping machine for ø0.3 to ø1.6 mm wire.

Why buy a specific looping machine, when hooks and loops can be easily made directly on the standard spring production machinery? The answer can be found in the passion and attention to detail of the Italian company.

The loops made by a standard multiformer-machine are narrow and sharp, while those formed with a dedicated looping equipment tend to be rounder and wider, and are therefore safer and less prone to breakage. All Mollificio Costanzino’s loops - English, German, Indian, and special ones - are clean and perfect in every aspect, under both a technical and aesthetic perspective.
