The company is conducting a massive investment campaign, which aims to increasingly expand the range of possible processings. Today's article is dedicated to Mollificio Costanzino's latest arrival, a five-axis spring coiling machine model HTC 45 CL.

This brand-new machine has countless innovative features, including:

- digital scale to indicate the exact position of the spindle;

- programmable spindle "in-out" movement for easy setup;
- automatic oil pump for equal lubrication of slides and wire feeding system;
- pneumatic roller clamping system for heavy-duty operations;
- 5 computer controlled servo motors;
- user-friendly software with graphic interface for easy programming;
- on-screen diagnostics;
- touch screen control;
- programmable air valves.

Thanks to the HTC 45 CL coiling machine, Mollificio Costanzino is now able to process wire with diameters ranging from 1.8 mm to 4.6 mm to produce up to 250 springs per minute.
