Wide range of materials and production capabilities
Mollificio Codega’s production range includes springs and metal components made from strip and wire with diameters ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 24 mm. These products are manufactured using a wide variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, pre-tempered Cr.Si., superalloys (Inconel, Nimonic), bronze, and titanium.

Compression springs
Compression springs are open-coil helical springs designed to withstand linear compression and thrust forces. Mollificio Codega produces them in various diameters and dimensions, ensuring versatility for applications in multiple industries, including metalworking, textiles, automotive, household appliances, furniture, and even aerospace and naval sectors.

Extension springs
Extension springs, also called tension springs, respond to axial forces that tend to extend their length. They are available in different shapes and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.), with the option of requesting technical consulting services for the design of customized solutions.

Torsion springs generate a torque that can act in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, depending on the application.
