More durable and reliable springs thanks to a new 3D printer

The springmaker Mollificio Modenese, specialized since 1957 in the production of a wide range of springs, hooks, small metal parts and details shaped by wire, is pleased to announce the purchase and installation of a new 3D printer Replicator Mini +.

Created for engineers and designers, and ideal for printing impactful, long-lasting prototypes and devices, this new equipment will allow the company to produce test templates, prototypes of spring housings or special bending tools.

Thanks also to this new printer, together with the experience gained over the years and the use of a special software, Mollificio Modenese is able to directly test the samples produced in the company and to support its clients in the development of the ideal spring for the requested application.
