Peculiar blanks and formed blanks, using Koradi® bending machines and pitch dies on presses.

The materials we use:

Carbon steel wire norm EN 10270-1 with in addition for SM, SH, DH

Carbon steel wire norm EN 10270-1 with in addition for SM, SH, DH in pre-galvanized, Alumar® e Bezinal®

Inox steel wire norm EN 10270-3 e type 1.4301, 1.4539 according to EN 10088-3 with in addition for 1.4310, 1.4310 HS, 1.4568, 1.4404.

Inox 1.4310, 1.4310 HS, 1.4301, 1.4568,1.4306 according to EN 10151 and type 1.4016 according with EN 10088-3

Copper alloy: Cu-Be, Brass and phosphor bronze, according with the norm EN 1652.

Iron (low carbon steel) according to EN 10130, EN 10131, EN 10277-2, EN 10139 and EN 10111

Production batches:

For small amounts: dozens of pieces.

For large amounts: millions of pieces
