Shaped parts and small metal parts

Thanks to its cutting-edge machine shop, Mollificio Torri can process metal wire to manufacture elastic elements according to customer drawings, such as hooks, rods and cotter pins.

On-demand shaped parts find application in different sectors: mechanical, electro-mechanical, automotive, and furniture, just to name a few.

In details, the materials available for making this type of small metal parts are:

- carbon spring steels according to EN10270-1, classes: SM-SH-DM-DH and with phosphating or pre-galvanizing pretreatments;
- stainless spring steels according to standard EN10270-3, classes Aisi: 302 - 304H - 316;
- aluminum, brass, and phosphor bronze wire.

All shaped components and small metal parts can be subject to phosphating, galvanizing (black, white), painting, and heat treatments.
