Extension springs in round wire

We can produce a wide range of extension springs with German, English, extended and double loops or rotating grommets, for any application in round wire from 0.3 mm to 20.00 mm.

Our springs are manufactured with:

Carbon steel wire
Standards: EN 10270-1 ; ASTM A227/A228 Wire diameters up to 20mm.

Pre hardened alloyed wire (Cr.Si or Cr V)
Standards: EN 10270-2 ; ASTM A877
Diameters up to 14 mm in stock, standard resistance and “high resistance” wires.

Stainless steel wire
Standards: EN 10270-3(Pr) ; ASTM A313
Diameters up to 10 mm in stock; type X12CrNi17-7 (AISI 301/302) - X5CrNiMo 18-10 (AISI 316).

On request we can perform surface treatments on the springs.
