Hot coiled compression springs

We can produce a wide range of compression coil springs for all applications including Agricultural machinery , for mechanical vibrating screens, for the earth moving machinery markets, for the railway and also for pneumatic pipeline actuators.

We realize springs in round wire from 20 mm up to 65 mm and maximum development of the bar of 14000 mm, our springs are manufactured with:

- Steel classes comply with EN 10089-2006.
- Steel Bars previously peeled and rolled.
- The choice of the steel class varies according to the diameter of the bar.

After the hot winding process, the bars are hardened and tempered to achieve the required mechanical properties and then shot peening in order to increase their fatigue life.

Magnetoscopic tests are operated when required.
