Leaf springs for commercial vehicles

We produce a large range of leaf springs:

- parabolic and conventional;
- symmetrical and asymmetrical;
- with different geometries of the eyes.

We use steel classes with the EN 10089-2006 with shapes according to EN 10092 specifications. The choice of a particular steel class depends on the dimensions of the leaf section. After the rolling and forging operations, the spring leaves are quenched and tempered to achieve the required mechanical properties. They are then shot-peened to increase the fatigue life. We use paints for surface treatments.
