Torsion springs with parallel, transversal and shaped shanks

We can produce a wide range of torsion springs with parallel, transversal, shaped shanks for any application, in round wire from 0.3 mm to 20.00 mm. 

Our springs are manufactured with:

Carbon steel wire
Standards: EN 10270-1 ; ASTM A227/A228 Wire diameters up to 20,00mm. 

Pre hardened alloyed wire (Cr.Si or Cr V)
Standards: EN 10270-2 ; ASTM A877
Diameters up to 14 mm in stock, standard resistance and “high resistance” wires.

Stainless steel wire
Standards: EN 10270-3(Pr) ; ASTM A313
Diameters up to 10 mm in stock; type X12CrNi17-7 (AISI 301/302) - X5CrNiMo 18-10 (AISI 316).

On request we can perform surface treatments on the springs.
