NTM: new wire mesh belt made for the heat treatment industry

Recently, the company completed a project for a key player operating in the heat treatment sector, producing a wire mesh belt with straight crossbars - NTC.

The entire conveyor system required significant reconditioning. The new installation comprises a wire mesh belt with straight NTC crossbars made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with side chain guards. The metal mesh is made of Ø 1.5 mm spiral wire and Ø 2 mm crossbars, while Ø 6 mm crossbars were used for mounting the side chain. The edges feature a welded finish with studs. Furthermore, the wire mesh belt was equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel flights made with spirals and filler plates, welded to the sides with a third hole. The overall dimensions of the mesh belt are 663 mm in height and 12 meters in length.
