DimaSimma: new automatic warehouse installed in France

DimaSimma has recently installed a new automatic warehouse equipped with a stacker crane and 1200 drawers for the storage of aluminum profiles at Cebel France, a specialist in the construction of gates and pergolas.

The new piece of equipment is part of a €5 million investment plan aimed at doubling the company's covered area and is partly financed by a regional Industry 4.0 plan. In particular, the system consists of a stacker crane that moves across the double-front shelving, transferring the materials from the drawer to the operator's work points and vice versa.
Besides the obvious advantages in terms of space, speed, and efficiency, the automatic warehouse communicates perfectly with the company's host systems for perfect material traceability.
