Weighpack to release a new version of OMS

Weighpack International has recently released version 15 of the OMS (Overall Management System). The OMS is an optional software package designed to support the operation of Weighpack packaging lines. The new release will include updated communication protocols for interfacing to external systems and MS Windows support.

Software features
OMS provides a tool for operators and managers to keep operations under control, minimizing downtime. The software displays the operating status of all machines, the current recipe, the number of products and boxes processed, and so on. It also enables you to store and recall all packaging variables, for a fast and clear process. OMS can also interface with other business software such as ERP packages.

For new buyers
The OMS version 15 will now be offered as an option for all new lines.

For existing lines
