Calcium drawing powder for rod and wire

EZDraw 99T: medium rich powder that contains an extreme pressure additive and additional lubricity agents to increase lubricant pick-up on descaled rod. Particularly recommended for rod breakdown the EZDraw 99T is also utilized for drawing coated alloy rod.

EZDraw 19: medium rich range general-purpose soap, which is made up of extreme pressure additives, suitable for all carbon steel and chemically cleaned and mechanically descaled rod and wire.

EZDraw 57: medium rich powder, which is composed of additional lubricity agents, to enhance lubricant pick-up on descaled rod. Used for drawing coated alloy rod it is also recommended for carbon steel rod breakdown.

EZDraw 39: lean calcium soap powder that enhances lubricant pick-up on descaled rod thanks to extreme pressure additive and additional lubricity agents.

EZDraw 95: medium rich drawing powder, particularly recommended for drafting coated and uncoated carbon steel and carbon steel rod breakdown, containing lubricity agents to enhance lubricant pick-up on descaled rod.

EZDraw 58: suitable for typical application such as welding or lacing wire, this medium rich calcium soap is recommended for high speed, multiple hole drawing of carbon steel rod and wire.

EZDraw 80: ordinarily used for rod breakdown, this moderately rich soap powder consists of extreme pressure and lubricity enhancers for drawing high carbon and stainless steel.
