FUCHS Lubricants to strengthen its position in the Italian market

October 1, 2020 - The activities of Welponer Srl, exclusive distributor of several product lines of Fuchs Lubritech GmbH and Bremer & Leguil GmbH in Italy, are transferred to FUCHS Lubrificanti SpA.

The acquisition is part of a wider development strategy of FUCHS Group: Welponer Srl has been present in the Italian market for over 50 years, with a high specialization in the development of tribological lubricants and special detergents for ad-hoc applications and coatings.

With this operation, FUCHS Lubrificanti SpA will be able to further strengthen its position in the Italian market, integrating its offer with special products dedicated to sectors such as raw material processing (ceramics, concrete, minerals), energy, automotive components, railway transport, construction, and others.

Since 1982, FUCHS Lubrificanti SpA, Italy-based company of the FUCHS Group, has been combining interdisciplinary skills and technologies for the research and development of innovative lubrication solutions.
