Fuchs to introduce Ecocool Mach 3000: safe and durable for chip removal and automotive

It comes from renewable and sustainable energy sources, is safe for both humans and the environment, and is accepted by all regulations in the world's industrialized countries. It is the new Ecocool Mach 3000 by Fuchs: the semi-synthetic emulsifiable lubricating fluid,  with saturated synthetic ester base, and free of mineral oil.

Designed for medium to high difficulty chip removal and grinding operations on steel, cast iron and automotive light alloys, Ecocool Mach 3000 is an innovative product consisting of selected non-bacterial metabolizable compounds with a synergistic effect.

Its main characteristics make it suitable for machining in hard water, under high operating pressures and with fast fluid circulation. Specifically, the low surface tension favors the settling of micro scraps and calamine powder, while the strong stability makes it little prone to foam formation.
