Fuchs to present ECOCOOL 2016 NBF, the new emulsifiable fluid which respects the environment

ECOCOOL 2016 NBF is a new emulsifiable fluid by Fuchs, developed in collaboration with Fuchs international R&D centers to fit all European regulations’ requirements.

It is a micro-emulsion studied specifically for use in chip removal and grinding operations, centerless and on the diameter, on low-, medium-, and high-carbon steel alloys, for cast iron. The product is also useful for automotive light alloys (die-cast).

ECOCOOL 2016 NBF is SVHC-free, so it does not contain any potentially toxic substances for human beings, and it has a low environmental impact Therefore, it does not show any "H" pictograms or hazard phrase written on the Material Safety Data Sheet according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH).

The fluid also features a very high biostability, which means that under proper conditions of use, it does not become contaminated, ensuring a sterile working environment, with low chemical and biological risks.

How is it possible to achieve these results?
ECOCOOL 2016 NBF takes advantage of a complex synergistic type formulation system, which eliminates the bacterial load in just a few hours, keeping the pH value practically unchanged, thus preserving plants, equipment, and products from oxides and rust.

Finally, thanks to the presence of non-chlorinated EP additives, ECOCOOL 2016 NBF offers excellent cutting performance even under particularly severe conditions of use, due to feed/speed parameters or toughness of processed materials.
