Borax free sodium soaps

TRAXIT INTERNATIONAL, provides the wire drawing industry with a complete range of borax free lubricants for low, medium and high carbon wire.

The TRAXIT C 612 is a boron free sodium soap containing calcium with a medium fat content and a high melting point. This product, best used for mechanically descaled wire in the first passes, shows a high stability against pressure and temperature and is dedicated for the production of low to high carbon wires, preferably used with pressure dies to obtain a greater performance.

The TRAXIT SL 808 B / TRAXIT F 80 B / TRAXIT V 60 B are boron free sodium soaps with a high fat content and low melting point. Particularly suitable for high tensile wire, either pickled and phosphated, or mechanically descaled, these products are used for high speed machines.

The TRAXIT SL 4040 is designed for super high tensile wire at high speeds. It is boron free sodium soaps with high softening points, suitable for all passes, of acid cleaned, but also of mechanically descaled wires with salt coated surfaces. Especially SL 4040 shows a reduced consumption compared to all others.

The TRAXIT V 15 SEB, as a low dust high strength sodium lubricant, is free from borax and inorganic fillers and shows a very low coating, easy removable with hot water.
Particularly dedicated for highest drawing speeds, this product is suitable for wire drawing of low to high carbon wires with diameters down to very small sizes.
